공학을 공부하면서 기술을 개발하다보면 아이디어가 도출된다. 도출된 아이디어에 대한 권리를 보호하기 위하여 특허출원이 필요하며 특허출원을 위하여 작성하는 문서가 특허 출원서이다. 본 교과목에서는 공학도에게 반드시 필요한 특허 작성법에 대하여 학습하고 실제 특허를 출원함으로써 본인만의 특허를 갖는 과정을 학습한다.

As an enginner, ideas come up while we research and develop new technologies.
In order to prevent unauthorized utilization of the rechical ideas, patent applications about the ideas should be required. In this lecture, we study how to write the patent specification and application.
