이 교과목은 CMOS, Finfet, GAA 공정에 기반한 디지털 집적회로 설계에 대해 소개한다. 기본적인 게이트셀 및 인터커넥트, 산술블럭셀, 시퀀셜셀, 아날로그셀 등의 레이아웃 디자인 규칙 및 소자 파라미터 추출에 대해 논한다.

This course introduces the design methods of digital integrated circuits based on CMOS, Finfet, GAA technology. Layout design rules and device parameter extraction principles for primitive cells, interconnects, arithmetics, sequential cells and analog cells are presented.
